*Off season rentals are for any length of time. Daily discount applies if 6-7 days are booked ($2600 total, up to 7 days).

Payment Policy

Once your signed Request to Book form has been received and your request has been approved, your 50% initial payment will be charged and your reservation will be secured. The final 50% payment will be due 30 days in advance of your booking date. The booking process is outlined on the “Request to Book” page.

Cancellation Policy
Should you need to cancel your vacation for any reason (weather, health, Hume or National Park limitations, etc.), here is our refund schedule: 

60 days or more: 90% of rental fee + cleaning fee refunded
Within 31-59 days: 50% of rental fee + cleaning fee refunded
Within 30 days of stay: 0% of rental fee + cleaning fee refunded
